• Your membership information at a glance: See your monthly bill, remaining or used data, additional services, contract details, and installment information on the main screen.
• One-click access to frequently used features: Access your membership information, check/change rate plans, share data, and instantly view billing information with quick access buttons.
• Detailed benefit tracking: Stay informed about your current bill discounts and explore various benefits you might be missing out on.
• Easily search for the information you need: Utilize automatic keyword suggestions and page shortcuts to easily find menus and products.
• 24/7 Chatbot Support: Chat with the chatbot anytime, even late at night or on weekends without time constraints.
• Issue resolution at your fingertips: Request immediate onsite inspection through the app when experiencing disruptions in calls or data connectivity.

U+ customers can use the app for free. Please note that data usage fees will apply if you navigate to other internet pages via the app.
